Our Story

Nobleton Security was formed in 2002 with the premise of building a warm and welcoming company with family values. These values extend and resonate throughout our sites and are immediately noticed by our clients.

We are a Canadian owned and operated company providing a professional and superior experience for our commercial and residential clients for the past two decades.

Nobleton Security is operated by two former guards of the company. We are a security company of guards, by guards, and for guards, committed to providing top-notch security solutions.

We continue to adapt and implement technology that befits a modern security company without ever compromising on the feelings of family, hospitality and the human touch.

Our founding members instilled a belief in us that it is important to support the local community, and we have carried that belief with us throughout the years. ADDITIONAL TRAINING

At our company, we believe in providing equal opportunity for all candidates in our employee selection and recruitment process. To ensure a fair and unbiased hiring process, we carefully evaluate whether to hire internally or externally, review the job description, and select appropriate sources to advertise the job opening. We actively seek out potential candidates by searching our internal database and sourcing passive candidates.

Our hiring process involves a thorough screening of resumes, followed by background checks, phone screening, interviews, and selected testing for the candidates. We adhere to MCSCS regulations in evaluating all applications.

Our goal is to recruit individuals with excellent communication skills, who can work well in a team environment and perform under pressure while delivering exceptional customer service. Discrimination has no place in our hiring process, and we strive to ensure that every candidate is evaluated solely on their qualifications and merit.

CONTINGENCY/ILLNESS COVERAGE

We have implemented a program that effectively addresses situations such as an employee calling in sick or last-minute shift cancellations. If a guard calls in sick, our first course of action is to contact another guard who works at the same site to fill the shift. We have also trained additional guards for the sites and placed them on standby for such emergencies.

Furthermore, our security mobile supervisors have received specialized training to work at their respective regional sites in case of last-minute cancellations. They are also available to fill in shifts when necessary. By having these contingency plans in place, we are able to respond promptly and ensure that our clients’ security needs are always met, regardless of unforeseen circumstances.
